Primary Care Network staff:

Aylesbury Central PCN was set up on the 1st July 2019 (formerly known as BMW PCN) we are made up of two practices Berrycroft Community Health Centre and Whitehill Surgery, we have a combined patient population of approximately 41,000 patients. One of the reasons you might not know what a PCN is, is because you still access your GP practice and the services they offer as normal, however the PCN provides different members of staff who work across both practices.
